Job Title: Associate (Part-Time ISO 9001 Consultant)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Part-Time ISO 9001 Consultant with a solid background in ISO 9001:2008 and knowledge in ISO 9001:2015. This role involves implementing comprehensive ISO 9001 Quality Systems from the initial stages through to completion and requires a proactive and knowledgeable individual who can manage projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate client current systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and compliance with ISO standards.
• Design and implement customized ISO 9001 Quality Systems using provided tools and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the certification process.
• Able to conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure client understanding and compliance with ISO standards.
• Manage communication and project documentation effectively.
• Daily progress reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in ISO 9001 and QMS auditing required.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English. Additional languages are beneficial.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Houston Gulf Coast area.
• Available and willing to travel as needed to meet client requirements.
• Independent contractor status; must be able to manage a flexible and varying workload.

Compensation:

• Competitive pay commiserate of experience; up to 50% of billable day rate during client engagements.
