Karita Wynn, Senior Consultant
Karita Wynn is a distinguished Quality Assurance professional with over 20 years of experience in implementing quality improvement initiatives for global corporations. As an Associate at Frontline Resources, Inc., Karita leverages her extensive expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards to provide exceptional audit and compliance services to our clients.
Throughout her career, Karita has demonstrated a proven ability to manage all aspects of quality control, from project management and strategic planning to process improvement and product development. She is an IRCA certified ISO 9001 Quality Management System Auditor, ensuring that our clients meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
Karita’s experience spans multiple industries, including food and beverage, manufacturing, and supply chain management. She has successfully led cross-functional teams, implemented robust QMS frameworks, and achieved significant reductions in quality control budgets. Her role at Frontline Resources, Inc. involves conducting thorough QMS audits, providing detailed audit reports, and recommending corrective actions to help clients enhance their quality processes and achieve compliance with ISO standards.
Prior to joining Frontline Resources, Inc., Karita held key positions at Tramontina USA, Inc., Nestle Waters North America, Nestle Purina Pet Care, Kerry Sweet Ingredients, and Anheuser-Busch InBev. In these roles, she was instrumental in establishing and maintaining green status in GMP audits, reducing consumer complaints, and managing quality control budgets and teams.
Karita holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. She is also a Notary Public and has received extensive professional training, including Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001:2015 from the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA).

Domingo Salcido, Senior Consultant
Domingo Salcido brings over two decades of robust experience in Quality Assurance and Business Process Improvement to Frontline Resources, Inc. His exceptional leadership and performance have driven significant advancements in Quality On-Time Delivery and World-Class Lead Time improvements across various industries.
With a B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology from Texas Tech University, Domingo is a Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, AS9100 Aerospace Auditor, ASQ Certified Quality Manager/Operational Excellence, and ASQ Certified Quality Auditor. He is bilingual in English and Spanish, enhancing his ability to work effectively in diverse environments.
Domingo's expertise encompasses a wide array of professional skills, including Business Process Improvement, Layered Process Audits, ISO 9001 QMS, Quality Assurance Management, Engineering for Quality Manufacturing, AS9100 QMS, CAPA, Business Process Training, and Supplier Management Systems. His professional affiliations include the American Society for Quality (ASQ) as a Senior Member, the International Aerospace Quality Group, and Probitas Authentication.
Before joining Frontline Resources, Inc., Domingo served as a Principal Consultant at SQM Plus LLC, leading quality systems management, implementation, auditing, and consulting for ISO and AS quality systems. His leadership at Technetics Group was pivotal in overseeing Quality and Manufacturing Engineering functions in aerospace, and semiconductor industries. Additionally, Domingo held key roles such as Quality Manager at O’Neal Manufacturing Services, Director of Quality Assurance at Optimas Manufacturing Solutions, and Vice President Operations at Tadiran Microwave, showcasing his versatile expertise.

Scott Dockery, Senior Consultant
Scott Dockery is a highly skilled and seasoned Quality Management System (QMS) expert with over 18 years of global experience in ISO and API certifications. As a Master Auditor, Scott has worked extensively in the petroleum, petrochemical, and natural gas industries, providing critical auditing and consulting services across seven countries. His deep expertise spans a broad range of standards, including ISO 9001:2015, API Specification Q1, and ISO 14001:2015.
Scott brings an unparalleled commitment to ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations. His experience in implementing and auditing API Monogram specifications, including API 2C, 4F, 5CT, 6A, 7-1, 7K, 8A, 9A, 11AX, 12F, 12P, and 16A, helps companies achieve the highest standards of operational efficiency and safety. With a comprehensive understanding of Quality, Environmental, and Safety Management Systems, Scott provides organizations with the guidance they need to strengthen their compliance and optimize their processes.
