This policy applies to all employees and contractors of Frontline Resources, Inc., recognizing that certain roles may necessitate more consistent physical presence at our office, remotely, or at the client's site based on project demands and client expectations.
Hybrid Work Model
Flexible Work Locations: Employees and Contractors are allowed to work from the office, remotely, or a mix of both, contingent on their specific role requirements, team collaboration necessities, and client service delivery expectations.
Client Site Work: Depending on project specifications and client contracts, employees may need to work onsite at a client’s location. These instances will be organized in advance to ensure minimal disruption and maintain personal work-life balance.
Work Schedule
Core Hours: Employees, irrespective of their work location, are expected to be available during core business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) to foster team unity and meet client availability requirements.
Flexibility Outside Core Hours: Employees are permitted to manage their tasks outside of core hours, given they meet their weekly work commitments and uphold productivity and service standards.
Client Service Excellence
Client Meetings: Employees should be prepared to adapt their work location based on client requirements to uphold our dedication to outstanding service.
Professionalism Onsite: Employees are required to maintain the highest professionalism levels when working at client sites, adhering to both Frontline Resources, Inc.’s and the client’s workplace policies.
Technology & Security
Remote Work Infrastructure: The company will provide necessary technology and support to enable effective work from any location, including secure network access and communication tools.
Data Protection: It's imperative for employees to follow our data protection policies to guarantee client confidentiality and information security, regardless of their work setting.
Health & Safety
Remote Work Environment: Employees must ensure their remote workspaces comply with health and safety standards, with the company offering guidance and support to achieve this.
Client Site Safety: While working at client locations, employees are expected to adhere to all health and safety guidelines set by the client and Frontline Resources, Inc.
Review & Flexibility
Policy Review: This policy will undergo regular evaluations to adjust to evolving work patterns, client requirements, and technological progress.
Feedback Mechanism: Employees are encouraged to share their insights on the hybrid work model to continually refine our practices and client service delivery.
Implementation
Effective immediately, all team members must acquaint themselves with this policy and follow its directives. Managers are tasked with ensuring their teams comprehend and comply with this policy, addressing any queries or concerns.
