John Graham – Principal & Founder, Frontline Resources, Inc.
John Graham is the Principal and Founder of Frontline Resources, Inc., and the creator of HoustonISO9000.com. Since 2001, he has helped businesses achieve ISO 9001 certification and strengthen their quality systems.
With over 25 years of experience in process improvement, auditing, and business management, John has guided companies in manufacturing, energy, and service industries. His mission is simple: make certification faster, easier, and more beneficial for organizations of every size.
In addition, John is known for his hands-on leadership style and ability to turn ISO standards into practical business strategies. As a result, he continues to help clients align compliance, performance, and growth through both Frontline Resources and Houston ISO 9000.
Karita Wynn – Senior Consultant
Karita Wynn is a Quality Assurance professional with more than 20 years of experience leading quality improvement initiatives for global corporations. As a Senior Consultant at Houston ISO 9000, she helps clients strengthen Quality Management Systems (QMS) and achieve ISO 9001 certification.
She is an IRCA-certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor who ensures clients meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Throughout her career, Karita has managed project management, strategic planning, process improvement, and product development across industries including food, beverage, and manufacturing.
Previously, she held leadership roles at Tramontina USA, Nestlé Waters, Nestlé Purina, Kerry Sweet Ingredients, and Anheuser-Busch InBev—achieving GMP green status and reducing consumer complaints.
Karita holds a B.A. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. Her blend of technical expertise and business insight helps clients build sustainable quality excellence.
Domingo Salcido – Senior Quality Consultant
Domingo Salcido brings more than 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Business Process Improvement to Houston ISO 9000 and Frontline Resources, Inc. His leadership has helped clients improve quality performance, on-time delivery, and lead-time reduction across multiple industries.
He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology from Texas Tech University and is a Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, AS9100 Aerospace Auditor, and ASQ Certified Quality Manager/Operational Excellence. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Domingo works closely with diverse teams and international clients.
Before joining Houston ISO 9000, he led ISO and AS quality system implementations at SQM Plus LLC and directed quality operations at Technetics Group, O’Neal Manufacturing, and Optimas Manufacturing Solutions. Today, his strategic insight and technical depth make him a trusted resource for continuous improvement and compliance.
Scott Dockery – Senior Consultant
Scott Dockery is a Quality Management System expert with more than 18 years of international experience in ISO and API certifications. As a Master Auditor, he has supported clients in the petroleum, petrochemical, and natural gas industries across seven countries.
His expertise includes ISO 9001:2015, API Q1, and ISO 14001:2015 standards. In addition, he has implemented and audited API Monogram specifications such as API 2C, 4F, 5CT, 6A, and 7K. Through his precision-driven approach, Scott helps organizations improve quality, enhance safety systems, and maintain compliance with international standards.
Scott is an Exemplar Global Certified Master Auditor in ISO 9001 and API Q1, and a Lead Auditor for ISO 45001:2018. His work continues to help companies streamline quality systems and achieve world-class compliance.
James Felan – Senior Consultant
James Felan is a senior quality and compliance consultant with more than 25 years of experience auditing, implementing, and improving Quality Management Systems (QMS) in highly regulated industries, including aerospace, energy, and nuclear environments. His background includes extensive work supporting NASA programs and complex engineering and manufacturing organizations where precision, traceability, and strict regulatory compliance are mission-critical.
James specializes in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100 aerospace quality systems, and ASME NQA-1 nuclear quality requirements. His expertise spans critical inspection, supplier quality management, measurement analysis, and audit readiness. Known for his practical, execution-focused approach, James ensures quality systems are not only compliant with international standards but also embedded into day-to-day operations to reduce risk and improve performance.
At Houston ISO 9000, James supports clients seeking senior-level ISO consulting, audit preparation, and quality system implementation across aerospace, advanced manufacturing, and other high-risk sectors. His ability to operate effectively across engineering, operations, and supplier networks—combined with bilingual English-Spanish capability—strengthens Houston ISO 9000’s capacity to deliver durable, regulator-ready quality management solutions.
